Nils Mannerstedt,
well known chef de cuisine – former owner of the renowned «Josephs» restaurant in Barbados – moved to Switzerland in 2004.
Originally trained in traditional French Cuisine, Chef Nils travelled and worked all over the globe gaining a vast experience in all cuisines of the world. Chef Nils offers catering for up to 50 persons – business meetings, lunches, dinners, weddings and other events as well as specialised teambuilding events.
In 2004, Nils Mannerstedt founded the House and Food Company with his partner Judith Frehner.
Today the House and Food Company can count a number of highly acclaimed companies as their clients.
